Donating To the World

Do you ever see those videos on YouTube were someone randomly give a stranger money.I really enjoy those videos. What would hurt is if I found out most of the videos were fake. Hopefully they are not.
Where are they getting this money. I also wonder can they write it off on their taxes as donations.
I always wished that I could be the person receiving the money. I wouldn't want to be on camera.I still would like to be the person receiving the money, but now I'd rather be the person giving it away. They can't have to many money problems if they can give it away.
Where do they get the money they give away? Is it their money?
If they all are real this are a very good thing their doing. Maybe soon I'll be financially blessed.

 I don't find Kevin Hart to be funny. I do understand why people think he's funny, I just don't. I do like most of the movies he's in ok. I wonder how he really is in real life.
