Alien Movie Idea

Has there ever been a movie where the animals were the aliens? That would be very cool if written well. It would be horror/ science fiction. The graphics would be amazing. If they can keep making Jurassic Park movies they can try this.

The sun beat down on the turquoise waters of Bay Lake, the sparkle almost mocking the secrets hidden within.
